DOMVS The Italian Restaurant
Michelin-star chef Igor Macchia of Ristorante La Credenza in Italy will be back from 21 - 30 July 2012 at DOMVS the Italian Restaurant with a brand-new menu showcasing the best of Piedmont (a region in Italy) cuisine, including fresh oyster risotto, pan-fried red snapper and of course the quintessential Italian dessert of Tramisu, which originated from Piedmont.
A four-course set lunch (S$78), six-course gala dinner (S$168, inclusive of wine), eight-course degustation set dinner (S$168) and a la carte menus will feature the promotional items.

You don't have to wait for a special occasion to dine at fine-dining establishment Forlino. The restaurant has rolled out a series of different menus, catering to the busy executive (the three-course 45" Business Lunch comes at S$38), families (eat all you can at Sunday lunch, whereby a flow Italian specialties are served continuously for S$88 per person) and gourmands (discover Italian classics with the five-course degustation menu).
