Fans of Spanish cuisine (and especially seafood) would take pleasure in Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant's latest Spanish Fish Platter promotion for the entire month of July.
Ideally located in VivoCity, Serenity continues to surprise both returning visitors as well as new customers with their ever-changing menu. This time round, with Mediterranean fish being in season, Serenity takes the opportunity to present guests with their Traditional Spanish Fish Plattter -- a three-fish stew that's first slowly grilled with extra virgin olive oil, before mixing in hot and sweet paprika as well as a combination of herbs, vegetables and fish stocks.
Originated from San Sebastian, North of Spain, the highlight of Serenity's Traditional Spanish Fish Platter is the combination of the three Mediterranean fish, namely Turbot, Monkfish and Hake fish. Let's not forget the homemade fish stock as well, a key component to a well-made stew.
Served alongside the fish platter would be a crusty sundried tomato bread, perfect for dipping into the mouth-watering stew.
Some suggested wine pairing choices include an Albarino from Rias Baixas region or a Verdejo from Rueda region of Spain.
The Traditional Spanish Fish Platter is good for two to three pax sharing and promotional price is $88++ ( UP $108++). The promotion is valid from 12th July to 31st July.
