The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands will be the new home of celebrity chef Daniel Boulud latest restaurant, db Bistro Moderne.
Just steps from Times Square in New York, the original bistro is famous for the "db Burger", which is made up of ground beef surrounding a centre of braised short ribs, foie gras and black truffles, enveloped in a parmesan bun.

One of the signature dish to look our for is the "Assiette Lyonnaise", which is an assortment of cured meats and house made pates and terrines.
