The smoky-flavoured chopped steak cheese burger with tangy whiskey mustard and peppery grilled ribeye dressed in creamy Diane sauce are our current favourites for mains.
There is a good selection of sides to choose from, like the artisanal mac and cheese that is just light enough to balance your hearty main, and the Grill’s rich and buttery mashed potatoes made using only Yukon Gold potatoes.

Boathouse Restaurant
Highlights from the quaint Boathouse includes the Petunia ocean trout dressed in creamy rouille and celeriac remoulade, and the poached Foie Gras (“au torchon”) with caramelised nylon olives from the choice of starters. Mains like the roasted Challon duck breast -- which has a wonderful citrus touch -- and moist braised brisket of beef are equally memorable. Finish off with a classic tiramisu with a touch of coffee soil -- chef's signature -- or a warm chocolate beignet.
