BeoVision 4-103

Bang & Olufsen's mother of all TVs

Bang & Olufsen has churned out some pretty nifty televisions in the past but nothing ever quite like this. Their latest BeoVision 4-103-inch plasma TV is a sight to behold. It might not be the largest plasma TV in the market right now as that title goes to Panasonic's 150-inch monster, but the BeoVision 4-103 has a few tricks up its sleeve.

It is supported by a motorised platform and when turned on, the platform purrs to live and elevates the 250kg screen to a preset optimal viewing position, the centre speaker will emerge underneath the screen and the screen will turn and tilt to the user's preference.

The screen is built around a brush finished aluminium frame and is literally drool worthy. Equipped with an anti-reflection coated screen, its colours are as dynamic in the day as it is at night.

This TV also promises to age gracefully and will automatically adjust its colour temperature of its screen to compensate for the natural “yellowing” that plasmas all encounter over time. Naturally all this comes with a steep price tag of SG$230,000 without tax but if you must have the very best, this is it.
